Officers

Marlon Bennett is the founder of The Law Offices of Marlon K. A. Bennett, P.A., located in Lauderhill, Florida where he focuses his practice mostly on family-based immigration, estate planning, landlord and tenant issues and foreclosure actions.  Mr. Bennett was born in Kingston, Jamaica and has roots in St. Thomas.  He started his secondary education at Jamaica College before he migrated to New Jersey, USA.

Mr. Bennett earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.  He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law in Davie, Florida.  He previously served as the Secretary of the Jamaican American Bar Association and is honored to serve as the Vice President for the 2023-2024 term.  Mr. Bennett volunteers with the Florida Immigrant Coalition’s citizenship initiative in South Florida.
